Returns
You can return your watchspareparts.eu order within 14 days of the delivery date at your own costs.
Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
ATTENTION: Returns from export regions such as Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Turkey may be eligible for customs charges in addition to carrier charges. Simply send the parcel and 3 hard copies of your invoice in a plastic sleeve attached to the outside of the box.
